What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product type. For custom holographic and VOID labels we typically start from 1,000 pcs. For RFID smart labels, MOQ is usually 5,000 pcs due to inlay minimums. Share your project for an exact answer.
How long does sampling take?
Standard sample lead time is 7–15 working days after artwork confirmation. Express sampling is available on request for an additional fee.
Do you provide free samples?
We provide free existing-stock samples for material and feature evaluation. For fully custom samples, a sample fee applies which is typically refunded against your first production order.
What are your payment terms?
For new customers we typically start with T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment. Established customers can apply for net-30 or net-60 terms. L/C is accepted for orders above USD 50,000.
How do you ship, and what is the typical lead time?
Samples are shipped by DHL, FedEx or UPS express (3–5 days worldwide). Mass production lead time is typically 15–25 working days after sample approval.
